Resumo

A revolução industrial 4.0 é considerada um importante período de transformação que tem um profundo impacto sobre o mercado de trabalho. Sob o impacto da revolução industrial 4.0, o mercado de trabalho tem muitas oportunidades e enfrenta muitas barreiras e desafios. O mercado de trabalho é o lugar onde ocorre a compra e venda de poder de trabalho por empregadores e empregados, portanto, além de ser afetado pela superestrutura, o mercado de trabalho também é afetado pelo impacto da superestrutura. do sistema legal e políticas relacionadas. O mercado de trabalho é assegurado através da criação do ambiente e das instituições pelo Estado para regular as relações que surgem. Além disso, o Estado também prescreve políticas relacionadas ao mercado de trabalho e aquelas que lidam com suas deficiências. Ao mesmo tempo, o mecanismo de ajuste do mercado de trabalho também é registrado especificamente para garantir o processo eficiente de compra e venda de mão-de-obra entre empregadores e empregados. Sob o impacto da revolução industrial 4.0, o mercado de trabalho também tem certas mudanças. Flutuações na oferta e demanda de mão de obra. O surgimento de uma série de novos empregos para atender às exigências estabelecidas no contexto da revolução 4.0, assim como a substituição de alguns postos de trabalho. Isto tem um grande impacto sobre o corredor legal no mercado de trabalho. O artigo visa analisar a situação legal e as soluções para melhorar o corredor legal no mercado de trabalho sob o impacto da revolução industrial 4.0.
