Abstract

The concept transforms and becomes an idea when the trail of law and history goes into human destiny by prevaricating its inner belief and esoping a political and legal model such as sacrificial macaw and totem to worship. The rational structure of the real is disrupted, so that reality translates into an idolatry of the idea itself, that is, in ideology that replaces the presence of God in man with the control of political power, to which the man of the Revolution French and later of the Russian Revolution of 1917 submits, offering himself entirely and becoming undressed of all his humanity: ideology obliges a historical belief that wipe out all humanity by offering a surrogate of God, that is, the revolutionary ideology and the State, which will subjugate man and imprison him in an eternal re-education and in a tight capillary control of all his expression and freedom.
