Resumo

O Vietnã é um país com muitos tipos diferentes de crenças populares, herdadas, fomentadas e construídas por gerações de vietnamitas, tornando esse sistema de crenças cada vez mais rico e diversificado; contribuindo para a criação de valores culturais únicos no Vietnã. Entretanto, nesse processo de desenvolvimento, nem todos os desenhos humanos trazem valores positivos, fenômenos negativos nas atividades religiosas do povo vietnamita reduziram os valores que ele trouxe para a cultura vietnamita. A política do Estado vietnamita sobre a cultura em geral e as crenças populares em geral desempenha um papel importante, orientando o desenvolvimento positivo e limitando o negativo nas atividades religiosas. Este estudo mostra que as políticas do Estado sobre cultura, crenças e religiões desempenham um papel essencial na construção e desenvolvimento de "uma cultura avançada imbuída da identidade nacional" do Vietnã. O estudo também aponta as limitações dessas políticas, propondo assim soluções para melhorar as políticas de crenças e religiosas a fim de promover valores e limitar os negativos nas atividades religiosas e de crenças; contribuir para construir e desenvolver a cultura vietnamita no contexto da integração internacional cada vez mais profunda do Vietnã.
