Abstract
Human resources, especially high-quality human resources, play a decisive role in the socio-economic development of each country. In the context of deep and wide integration, along with the strong fourth industrial revolution, Binh Duong has focused on quickly building high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of development and international integration; which focuses human resources for industries with high technology content and added value, improving training quality to meet domestic and foreign labor market requirements. However, in recent years, Binh Duong has faced great challenges, high-quality human resources have not met the requirements of socio-economic development in the current international integration process. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system of guidelines, policies, strategic planning and planning that are implemented synchronously in order to further develop high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the process of international integration.
