Abstract
Labor and employment are one of the basic rights of citizens enshrined in the Constitution. In the process of development and international integration of our country, along with the completion of the socialist-oriented market economic institution, the system of policies and laws on labor has also been renewed, amended, and supplemented. supplement accordingly.
