Resumo

Esta investigação é uma revisão sistemática da literatura com o objetivo de decifrar a imagem da literacia digital na era educativa atual, especialmente em termos de variações nas definições, quadros e ferramentas de avaliação. Esta investigação visa proporcionar uma compreensão mais abrangente da literacia digital, bem como contribuir para o desenvolvimento de quadros e ferramentas de avaliação mais integrados e relevantes para melhorar a literacia digital na sociedade. Esta investigação centra-se nos principais conceitos de literacia digital, incluindo definições e quadros de referência, propondo uma abordagem que integra vários quadros teóricos para compreender a literacia digital de forma holística. O método de investigação utilizado é uma abordagem qualitativa com um método descritivo para analisar a literacia digital a partir da literatura publicada em 2022-2023, e os dados foram recolhidos através de uma revisão sistemática da literatura com a palavra-chave "Literacia Digital" para identificar lacunas na compreensão da literacia digital e fornecer orientações para o desenvolvimento de programas de formação em literacia digital mais eficazes e estratégias de medição. Os resultados deste estudo são um resumo de 22 estudos que investigam a literacia digital no contexto da educação, destacando seis factores principais da literacia digital na aprendizagem e as suas influências, incluindo os desafios e impactos da literacia digital, especialmente numa situação de pandemia. Esta investigação dá um contributo valioso para a compreensão e o desenvolvimento da literacia digital na era da educação em constante evolução, identificando seis factores-chave da literacia digital e três correntes principais que podem ser utilizadas como quadros de referência, bem como dando um contributo importante para o desenvolvimento de estratégias de aprendizagem centradas no desenvolvimento da literacia digital dos alunos.
