Resumo
O acesso do povo à justiça é um dos fatores importantes de desenvolvimento em qualquer país e é também um indicador da democracia e do Estado de direito. No Vietnã, existem 54 grupos étnicos, dos quais 53 são minorias étnicas; estas minorias étnicas estão localizadas principalmente em áreas econômicas difíceis, terreno acidentado e subdesenvolvido social - econômico. ... portanto, o acesso à justiça e a consciência legal ainda é difícil e limitado. Neste artigo, os autores da pesquisa analisam as questões teóricas de acesso à justiça e conscientização jurídica das minorias étnicas; serviços jurídicos de pesquisa; alinhamento coaxial da pesquisa. Assim, os autores propõem uma série de soluções para melhorar o acesso aos serviços jurídicos das minorias étnicas no Vietnã. O artigo é um resultado de pesquisa sobre o tema: Questões básicas e urgentes na formulação e implementação de leis em áreas de minorias étnicas e montanhas de nosso país", código CTDT.49.18 / 16-20
