Abstract
The people's access to justice is one of the important factors of development in any country and it is also an indicator of democracy and the rule of law. In Vietnam, there are 54 ethnic groups, of which 53 are ethnic minorities; these ethnic minorities are mostly located in difficult economic areas, rugged terrain, and underdeveloped social - economic. .. so the access to justice and legal awareness is still difficult and limited. In this article, the research authors analyze the theoretical issues of justice access and legal awareness of ethnic minorities; research legal services; research coaxial alignment. Thereby the authors propose a number of solutions to improve the access to legal services of ethnic minorities in Vietnam. The article is a research result under the topic: ‘Basic and urgent issues in the formulation and implementation of laws in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of our country’, code CTDT.49.18 / 16-20
