Abstract

The world is constantly changing and the search for innovation is a common phenomenon in most organizations that operate in society. This study will be very relevant in that it will allow us to look at such a recent theme as the "Justice + Proximity" program and study the theme of innovation in the program. Thus, it seeks to analyze the impact of innovation measures in the program as a whole, as well as analyze the evolution in relation to the previous program. Through secondary data collected from the project's platform, a quantitative and qualitative analysis was made. The results point to a low investment in the innovation sector in comparison to the others. With this article, one can look at the results obtained and promote changes in future programs, as well as consider an additional perspective of innovation in the justice sector.
