Resumo

No processo de integração, as empresas precisam considerar a responsabilidade social cooperativa como um dos fatores importantes para o desenvolvimento sustentável, mas as atividades de RSE das empresas ainda se limitam principalmente a atividades beneficentes e humanitárias ou atividades obrigatórias de acordo com os regulamentos estatais, mas não se tornaram realmente a consciência e a cultura do negócio. A pesquisa foi realizada em empresas com capital 100% estrangeiro e empresas privadas nacionais na província de Phu Tho, na qual se analisou principalmente a relação entre responsabilidade social cooperativa e desempenho empresarial, em quatro aspectos: responsabilidade social corporativa para com o governo, responsabilidade social corporativa para com as partes interessadas, responsabilidade social corporativa para com os funcionários e responsabilidade social para com os clientes. Para coletar os dados, foram enviados questionários diretamente às empresas e com base nos dados coletados e utilizando o método de avaliação da confiabilidade da escala e da análise dos fatores. E o artigo determinou a relação de impacto da RSE no desempenho das empresas, a fim de servir como base científica para fornecer implicações de governança para as empresas em Phu Tho. Assim, propôs implicações de governança para criar políticas apropriadas para melhorar a eficiência operacional nos próximos tempos.
