We invite the academic community to explore the editorial policies and submission guidance of Lex Humana, a journal devoted to law and published by Universidade Católica de Petrópolis.
The policies provide guidance on authorship and CRediT contributions, scholarly integrity, peer review, responsible use of artificial intelligence and copyright.
For new submissions, authors must use the journal’s templates and provide two .docx versions of the same article: an anonymous version for review and an identified version for the editorial team. The identified version must include each author’s full name, academic qualification, complete institutional affiliation, country, ORCID and email, together with the CRediT contribution statement. An author or coauthor must submit the manuscript.
