Abstract

Every day we can see an increase in the creation of microenterprises in the world. In Brazil, they are responsible for a huge part of the GDP. Creating, managing, and administering companies can face many risks related to several factors, this work intends to list the most critical factors according to the perception of authors who have already worked in the area and calculate, through probabilistic analysis methods, which factors are more likely to occurrence and impact, and list factors that may mitigate these risks. By eliciting probabilities with experts, the risks of lack of capital and lack of skilled labor are those that must be reduced most urgently and need more attention, using methods such as opting for loans. specialized work, you must hire qualified labor for each function, learn to find the best professionals in the area, invest in outsourcing and train your team.
